01The premise

A single office runson eleven suppliers. We think that numbershould be one.

Furniture from one vendor. Lighting from another. Electrical from a third. Gifting handled by whoever answered the phone in October. Every one of them with a different lead time, a different invoice and a different idea of what was agreed.

Xenovo exists to collapse that. One account manager holds the specification, the schedule and the commercial terms across every category a business needs — so the coordination stops being your job.

02What we supply

Seven categories.One point of contact.

Each category is held as a written specification, so a repeat order in another city arrives identical to the first one.

03Beyond the catalogue

You tell us what you need.We find the right solution.

Most of what we supply started as a description, a photograph or a rough sketch — not a product code.

Specification drawn before anything is manufactured

01

One account, every category

Furniture, lighting, electrical, gifting, essentials and technology run through a single account manager, a single schedule and a single invoice.

02

Sourcing beyond the catalogue

If it is not on our list, that is the start of the conversation rather than the end of it. Most of what we supply began as a description.

03

Specification held in writing

Every agreed item is documented — dimensions, material, finish, branding, packaging. Repeat orders arrive identical to the first one.

04

Delivered to your programme

We plan backwards from your date. Staged deliveries, interim warehousing and out-of-hours installation are part of the scope, not an extra.

04Customisation

From a sentenceto a delivered product.

Six stages, each with something physical to look at before the next one begins.

01Day 0

Requirement

Client and account team reviewing a requirement together

You describe what you need — in a sentence, a spreadsheet, a drawing or a photograph of something you saw. We come back with clarifying questions, not a form to fill in again.

02Day 2–5

Concept

Designer working over technical drawings at a drafting table

We return two or three viable directions with indicative costing, so the conversation starts with real options and a real budget rather than an open-ended brief.

03Week 1–2

Design

Designer working over technical drawings at a drafting table

The chosen direction is drawn up properly — dimensions, materials, finishes, branding placement and packaging. Everything that will be manufactured is specified in writing first.

04Week 2–3

Approval

Team reviewing samples around a meeting table

A physical pre-production sample reaches you before anything is made at volume. You sign it. That signed sample becomes the quality standard the production run is checked against.

05Week 3–6

Production

Production floor with quality inspection underway

Manufacturing runs against the approved sample with in-line inspection. You get progress updates at agreed checkpoints rather than silence followed by a delivery.

06Week 6–8

Delivery

Packed and labelled cartons staged for dispatch

Packed, labelled and delivered — to one warehouse, to twelve offices or to two thousand individual home addresses. Proof of delivery reported back per consignment.

05Corporate gifting

Gifting that readsas considered.

Curated, branded, packed and dispatched — to one address or to two thousand.

06Industries

Different sectors.The same discipline.

What changes between industries is the constraint — a term date, an opening date, an audit trail. The process behind it does not.

07Selected work

Requirements, delivered.

Six categories, twenty-two cities and a set of dates that did not move.

08Custom sourcing

Can't findwhat you need?

Then it is probably the interesting kind of requirement. Describe it in a line and we will take it from there.

  1. 01

    You describe it

A sentence is enough to start. Attach whatever you already have.

  2. 02

    We come back with options

Two or three viable routes with indicative costing, inside two working days.

  3. 03

You see it before it is made

A physical sample reaches you before any volume production begins.
